You can use the Internet Connection Wizard to setup email accounts:

The Wizard will continue with the following sequence.

Or, if you select Tools, Accounts, select the proper account then Properties:

In Servers tab make sure to correct the account name to account@domain.ext form.

Select check mark: My server requires authentication

and go to Settings...

Normally your Outlook Express should be configured as follows, although some versions require a different format for the user name:

Select Log on using, and type the account name (with or without the domain, depending on your email client) and your password, select Remember password and OK.

You are all set!

Imail (web based):

Please use your full User Id (account name or mailbox name) in the example below to access the web based Imail system. You can administer the domain and other user accounts if you have admin privileges.

To specify the port number while using the MS Internet Explorer (Ex: 8383), make sure you type the full address including the HTTP:// to avoid receiving error messages. Type http://mail.1kom.net:8383 , not only mail.1kom.net:8383.
